Balancing corners of warm fleshy teas with cooler greys, the glowing central rose madder is cooled by it's base colour. This push towards the cooler side of red is reinforced by the cool and opaque lines of carmine.
Another pleasing addition to the series, with new emphasis on splash and line interior bringing a sense of internal edge.
