"Siennas I & II"

Returning to an earthy feel. This could I feel be the start of a series of naturals.
There is actually something significant happening in the second painting here: the lines are very positively and deliberately drifting away from the direction of the central colour band. I have been bending, twisting and glancing, but here I feel another sense of layer is being added. These works are really pushing the edge now.
